RATIONALE
USSF was an our wasour opportunity to demonstrate to the world "Another World is Possible"! The Truth Commission was an opportunity for me to take leadership and use the resources that I could, along with my classmates, to organize an event open to the public to documenthuman rights violations. Our class worked with the Poor People's Economic Human Rights Campaign (PPEHRC), when documenting the violations and organizing the event. The project was funded and organized entirely by the BSW class of 2008, we utilized our skills and knowledge from the social work knowledge base to assist in creating a solution to the violations that many Americans face. We worked collectively in small groups to accomplish our goal. I was on thepanel selection which was in charge of choosing the]]>

My research project looks at the relationship of access to health care and the hospitalization rate of an individual with a mental illness. I completed an IRB training before I conducted the research. The proposal consists of the abstracts I researched, my two research questions, a secondary data request, procedures for collecting data, techniques for data analysis and a completion date of the project.
